By booking with Illest Parties LLC, you agree to the following terms below. Illest Parties is not responsible for balloons popping after installment as balloons are unpredictable and can pop at any time.
An inquiry form is required before booking to give explicit details about the event. After submitting the inquiry form, you’ll recevie an accurate pricing. Booking without an inquiry form will give you an estimated price rather than a fixed price. Utilizing the inquiry form eliminates confusion when it comes to the total booking price, time, colors, etc.
Illest Parties values professionalism and punctuality. We ask that all customers respect those values as their event is just as important to us. Please schedule a minimum of 3 hours for set up time at the venue to insure that your balloon arrangements are completed at least an hour or more before the event starts.
All equipment provided at the venue must be returned in the same condition presented after installment. If the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, a fee will be assessed to cover the damages or if lost/stolen.
A 45% deposit is required at the time of booking to purchase balloons and materials needed for the install. Deposits are non refundable as the balloons will be purchased as soon as the deposit is submitted. The initial deposit amount can be transferred to a new booking and deducted from the total booking order. If a cancellation is to occur, please give as much notice in advance.
